Rudy, Say What?

Far be it for me to come to the "aid" of Mit Romey — but, Rudy say what?  "The governor is going to have to explain his appointment, and the judge is going to have to explain her decision."  That’s Rudy commenting on the story — of a Romey appointed Judge who released a convicted killer against the protests of prosecutors, who has been recently charged in the deaths of a young couple — that just won’t go away for the former Governor of Massachusetts. But if Governor Romney has to explain his appointment of this judge, why doesn’t Sir Rudy have to explain his hiring Bernard Kerik as the Commissioner of Police for the City of New York AND recommending this now convicted felon (who was also recently indicted by federal officials) to President Bush for the post of Homeland Security Director?

Last I read, Rudy  had decided to stop answering questions about Mr. Kerik.  Now he wants the Governor to have to answer for this.  Again I say….Rudy say what?
