We can debate whether Democrats did the right thing changing the rules for this all important vote — thus handing Republicans a "procedural excuse" to vote no, until we're blue in the face.
What's vitally important is the fact that a Democrat has FINALLY stood-up and called out the Republicans for the tactics they are using to stall important legislation. Weiner is absolutely right, vote 'No" if that's what you believe in your heart. But don't hide behind a "procedure" and use that as your excuse to vote no.
Sadly the victims here are the thousands of rescue workers who risked their lives to save/recover others only now to be treated…and there's not other way of saying this…like shit.
