What’s the Name of that Song Again?

CJ's 2010 Lists – Top 10 Songs of 2009 — #7

You know the drill…over the next 7 days (I'll be skipping Christmas Day), I'm posting my top songs of 2010.

As a reminder — the criteria for my selections are basted on three simple facts…

1. How many months did a song make it to my monthly iPhone playlist;

2. How many plays does it have in my iTunes;

3. The song must have been released no later than October of the previous year.

This was one of those songs I would hear during the week while at work, but when I would get home and try to look for it, for the life of me I couldn't remember the name of the song or how it went. You would think after one or two times I'd write down the name of the song. Yeah, well I'm just not that smart.

Then there's the the fact that no one seems to know who is actually responsible for the song…at least that's the excuse I tried using at one time given all the different names I've seen it under.

Thankfully, I finally learned the name of the song, because it has become one of those songs that I enjoy every time I hear it.

It's a good dance jam, but most of all it's a good song, and that's why it's my number 7 song for 2010.
