CJ’s iPhone Playlist – August 2012

I have to be honest, I think this is the best list of the year. Old stuff, new stuff…I’m absolutely loving it!

New to the list this month and back after a LONG absence is No Doubt!!! The’re new single ‘Settle Down‘ kicks off the list and two of their oldies but still damn goodies ‘It’s My Life‘ and ‘Spiderwebs‘ have found their way on the list as well. P!nk’s ‘Blow me (One Last Kiss)’ has really grown on me and has made it on the list for a second straight month. The rest of the list is sprinkled with songs that I just LOVE and remind me of summer — Kim Sozzi’s “How Did You Know,” Linkin Park & Jay-Z ‘Numb/Encore,’ M People ‘Search for the Hero,’ Stars on 54 ‘If You Could Read My Mind,’ Squeeze ‘Pulling Muscles From a Shell’ and a FANTASTIC remix of Lana Del Ray’s ‘Blue Jeans’ which reminds me of the cool music you hear while shopping in South Beach stores.
