While Mitt Romney suffers through his worse bout of Romnesia, and as Paul Ryan continues to crisscross the country saying, “we won’t duck the tough issues,” [just the tough questions like, “what are the numbers in your plan”] the Obama campaign has put out its plan [finally] for a second term.
